Helmut Hoffmann graduated 1979 as an industrial engineer at the University of Karlsruhe. Right afterwards he began his professional career at Nixdorf Computer AG as IT project manager. Starting in 1982 he worked for Borg-Warner Automotive GmbH as vice president in the finance, personnel and organization departments, respectively. From 1992 until 2017 he held various positions and worked mainly as global account director in international sales at SAP Germany.

Helmut Hoffmann is founder and CEO of INNKOO GmbH and managing partner of CIO Roundtable GmbH. He is a member of the board of directors of Process Analytics Factory GmbH and serves as business angel, sales professional and consultant in a large personal network in the IT industry. He also serves in multiple nonprofit organizations.

Since 2017 he brings his international experience and contacts to good use in the AVAGA GROUP BUSINESS PARTNERS as co-founder and managing director of AVAGA GmbH.

Dr. Jürgen Jung studied industrial engineering at the University of Karlsruhe, followed by post graduate studies at the University of St. Gallen. In 1985 he started his professional career as customer support engineer at Consilium Inc. (now Applied Materials Inc.) in London and Mountain View, CA. 1986 he started to work for IBM Germany, before joining SAP AG in 1989. His most recent position was Vice President Global Alliance Accounts where he was responsible for the business relationship of large international enterprises and SAP.

Since 2010 he works as mergers & acquisition advisor in the IT industry. Furthermore, he is founder and managing director of CIO Roundtable GmbH and COJUCO GmbH. Since 2017 he is also co-founder and managing director of AVAGA GmbH.

Thomas Stein studied mathematics at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. In 1988 he started his professional career at Hoechst AG and held his final position as executive manager for projects and consulting.

In 2000 he began to work for CSC Ploenzke AG as business unit manager, responsible for the SAP implementation at BASF AG. From 2003 to 2010 he was managing director and co-founder of a medium-sized IT consulting company, before he founded Con IT Serv GmbH & Co. KG in 2010 which he manages until today. Since 2017 he is also co-founder and managing director of AVAGA GmbH and brings in his international experience as IT manager.
